Individual Counseling

When you come to individual counseling, you’re taking a step toward caring for yourself in a deeper, more intentional way. I offer one-on-one sessions where the focus is entirely on you—your story, your struggles, and your hopes for change.

In our work together, you can expect a safe and confidential space where you don’t have to filter your thoughts or carry everything alone. My role is to listen carefully, help you gain new insights, and walk alongside you as you sort through the challenges you’re facing.

People come to individual counseling for many reasons—anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or simply wanting to feel more grounded and fulfilled. Whatever brings you here, we will move at your pace. Sometimes that means working through difficult emotions; other times it means developing new skills, perspectives, and practical strategies to move forward.

Counseling is not about me giving you all the answers—it’s about us exploring together so you can discover the answers that fit your life and values. I’ll offer support, guidance, and gentle challenge when needed, but ultimately, our goal is to help you grow in ways that matter most to you.

If you’re considering individual counseling, know that you don’t have to have everything figured out before starting. Many clients come in unsure of where to begin. That’s perfectly okay—your only “job” is to show up, and together we’ll take it from there.
