Understanding Your Billing and Payments

We want to make the billing process as simple and transparent as possible. After your counseling session, you will receive your bill by email from Tebra, our secure billing platform. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder, as these messages can occasionally be filtered there.

If you are using insurance, please note that we will bill your insurance company first before sending you a bill for any remaining balance. Because of this process, it may take a few weeks before you receive your statement.

When you get your email from Tebra, you can make an online payment quickly and securely using the portal link provided in the message. If your email does not include a portal link, please contact our front desk so we can help get that set up for you.
